About the event
We all grow into familiar roles — daughter, sister, friend, partner, mother, leader. But beneath those visible roles are the unconscious identities we absorb long before we know who we are: the Good Girl, the Responsible One, the Quiet One, the Achiever, the Caretaker, and so many others.
They’re shaped by the everyday messages we hear as little girls — messages that become invisible instructions for how to behave, what to feel, and who we’re allowed to be.
In Identity First, we’ll explore:
The primary roles women grow into and how they shape expectations
The unconscious identities formed in childhood through ordinary phrases
How these early instructions influence adult behavior, boundaries, and stress
