The Power of Peace: Anxiety Management in Everyday Life is a grounding and empowering session designed to help women better understand anxiety, calm their nervous system, and build sustainable practices that support emotional balance and inner peace. Facilitated by Lynise V. Green, N.D., this session explores the difference between stress and anxiety, how anxiety uniquely shows up for women ages 30–50, and how our natural stress responses (fight, flight, freeze, and fawn) influence our emotional well-being. Participants will learn how peace is not the absence of stress, but a regulated, grounded internal state that can be cultivated intentionally.
